When CP purchased the D&H in about 1993, I recall that CN established an interchange with CP at or near St. Luc Yard.
This enabled cars from the CN to be handled on a CP train destined to D&H and beyond.  Is this still not being done today?
What actually runs over CN's Rouses Point Sub. these days between Southwark, Cantic and Rouses Point?

My understanding is that there are about 10 freights week on the CN Rouses Pt Sub in Quebec: 7 for Vermont and 3 for NY (for NS's purposes).
