Identifying CN engs with an IC mark

Not unique to these IC units (2697-2726). There are BC Rail and Grand Trunk Western units that have been repainted into CN livery but retain their BCOL or GTW reporting marks on the cabsides.  They are referred to by those marks in radio transmissions between engine crews and rail traffic controllers and the orders issued.by RTCs.
