1. BCRail C40-8M-4617 & SD40-2-747 are N/B on the Prince George Sub. 9:50AM on 9-10-00 in Red Rock, BC.

2. A BCRail C40-8M duo (4620 & 4612) are bracketing SD40-2-752 on a N/B freight on the Prince George Sub. 10:05AM on 9-10-00 in Red Rock, BC.

Interesting that you should post this now.   Just a couple days ago I was browsing through some of my old TRAINS
magazines and happened to notice a picture of BCOL 4617 leading a Chicago & Northwestern coal train eastbound
out of Fremont,Nebraska on May 8, 1992.  It and sister 4607--which was the remotely controlled tail end pusher on
the train--were borrowed by C&NW to test Locotrol on coal trains bound for Boone, Iowa.

When I saw this post I was, surprisingly, able to remember where I had just seen 4617.  The picture was in the August
'92 issue of TRAINS.
