Finally BCOL 4646 in decent light

Finally got BCOL 4646 in decent light and I only got slightly frostbitten.
Memo to self...need better gloves.
Even had a visit from the RCMP who were concerned I might be preparing to jump.

Jan 5th @ 12:14, CN L507 at Springhill Jct NS with BCOL 4646, CN 3328 and 330 axles.
