MLW Monday on the CP Belleville sub
Author: newtonville150

Revisiting my past haunts on the CP Belleville sub in the late eighties and early nineties.

1. An eastbound approaching Newtonville Road, MP 152 in 1988.
2. A westbound at the west end of Port Hope siding in July 1991.
3. A westbound at the east end of Port Hope siding in July 1991.

I really miss those days!

Very nice memories! Nice to see a 4500 series in the lead. By the 1990's the 4700's were the usual leaders. Miss those big MLW's.

That first one looks like a hot, hazy day along the shore of Lake Ontario!

Nice. I remember the 500-series trains loaded with CAST containers coming through Smiths Falls.
