Ex-CP RDC units at Ste-Foy
Author: gcm

Dec 1980
On a 0deg day I took my first RDC ride.
Rode from Montreal to Quebec City and back except a bridge was out so trains were stopping outside of Quebec City at Ste-Foy.

Nice weathering.
Interesting to see the early VIA operations with one car from each RR.

Wasn't St Foy the terminus for CP North Shore service to Quebec City?

It was CN that used St. Foy as their Québec station.  CP established a station in the Saint-Sacrement area.  I used it once but I can't remember the name of the station.  I'm sure someone does. I do recall it was closer to the heart of Québec than St. Foy.
