Canadian Railroads > Loaded Gypsum Train in Burnside, NSDate: 04/05/25 15:08 Loaded Gypsum Train in Burnside, NS Author: cn6218 CN train 701, the daily gypsum turn to Milford, was at mile 10 of the Dartmouth Sub on February 6, 2005 with the loaded train. The SD70/75I combo was standard power on the gypsum train for better than 10 years. More recently anything with 4000 or more HP would be assigned, and for the past few years that has almost always been AC GEs. Perhaps we will see a pair of SD75IACC 8300s on the trains (now 511 and 513) some time soon.
