Is there any regular rail traffic these days on the North Vancouver - Squamish section of the BC Railway?
(Sorry but I can't bring myself to call it CN.)

How often does the tour train run? Once per week in each direction?

The tour train is the Rocky Mountaineer  "Rainforest to Gold Rush" service, North Vancouver to Jasper with overnight stops in Whistler and Quesnel.

Once per week. Departs North Vancouver at 0800 on Wednesdays, arriving Whistler between 1130 and 1230. Southbound train arrives in North Vancouver between 1930-2000 on Mondays, having departed Whistler at 1530.

There is freight service from North Vancouver to Squamish serving the Squamish yard and dock area. Occasionally extra cars for storage will be placed in either Brunswick, Porteau or Squamish yard. Currently train 546 runs five days per week Sunday to Thursday with a call time usually around 13:30 and departure northward around 14:30.
