Thanks Bob , great photo !  Ended up as Amtrak 415 with dynamic brake added  . The first GO Transit F40 rebuilt at Altoona (JLS) still had its GO number  , forget if it was the 515  - but one of the 410-415 series . The last I saw they still had DOFASCO trucks  and the unique anti-climbers , compared to other Amtrak F40s  .

They were renumbered to the Amtrak numbers before they left GO. Altoona knew they were to be renumbered 100 off the GO numbers so when they arrived they put the 415 back to its original 515 number. Shipped it off to Philadelphia where Amtrak had it sent back to Altoona for the correction,
1. ex-GO 512 now in the Amtrak number at Enola, PA April 15, 1990
2. AMTK 515 at Enola being shipped back to Altoona August 25, 1990
