You're killing us with these brilliant time capsules, Bob. That is wonderful!

The car is eastbound on King Street West, which flows into Roncesvalles Avenue after crossing the intersection with Queen Street West. The car is at the northeast corner of the intersection.

Roncesvalles Carhouse is kitty-corner across the intersection (on southwest corner).

Great photo, Bob, as I always enjoy seeing streetcars from the bygone days.

Perhaps I am misinterpreting something.  (I haven't had my morning tea yet.) That is a confusing intersection, but if the streetcar is on the northeast corner wouldn't it be going westbound on King St. then northbound on Roncesvalles?  From my observations the Car house is northwest of the intersection of Queen Street (which becomes The Queensway)  and Roncesvalles Ave.

You are correct. I have my directions all scrambled. Car is indeed westbound on the curving section of King Ave. West at the southeast corner and will now head compass north through the intersection. The carhouse is on the northwest corner of the intersection, as you say. My apologies.

No apology needed.  We all get our directions mixed up from time to time.  I had to consult a Google map to make sure it wasn't my imagination.

It's a splendid photo.  The one thing I disliked about the PCCs (and even the next generation of streetcars) was the lack of air conditioning.  They were quite miserable for a good deal of Toronto summers.
