MLW Monday - CN RSC-14 Switching Charlottetown Yard
Author: feclark

Another photo from June 27, 1983, of CN RSC-14 1753 switching the yard at Charlottetown, PEI. For me, the A1A trucks really made the long-hood forward operation look good.

Those trucks make this seem to be more heavy duty.

They're A-1-A trucks, so while it may look "heavy duty" it's actually pretty light on it's feet. Has to be with the light rail.

I was thinking mostly of the visual balance for the long hood.
