Author: sarailfan Henry Ewert's book "The Story of the BC Electric Railway Company" covers the early history (to about the 1980s if I recall) in fantastic detail. I'm not sure of the end cutoff date off-hand, and I'm not aware of any decent coverage of more recent history.

I had looked for BC Hydro and found old books on the power generating company. And British Columbia Railway is a different road. Ordered.
