Pretty nice. My wife and I rode these trains a couple of years ago, during a summer visit to England + Wales.

No kidding. Apparently you found the one day in the fall that it stops raining. :) I was over in the Midlands and on the Isle of Man for about three weeks in September, and I think I only got maybe 3 days of clear skies the whole trip.

Wished I could have made it back to Porthmadog this year, but just wasn't in the cards.
