6 dead in Danish train accident

Apparently, an intermodal train was passing a passenger train on the Storebaelt bridge when high winds blew a container car into the path of the passenger train:

Reminds me of a few years back when high winds derailed MMA doublestack cars on the St Lawrence River bridge in Montreal.

It is reported by local railfans that the wind on the exposed bridge ripped opern the tarpaulin covered sides of the trailers, and once that was gone the contents of the ttrailers came flying out.

I have often wondered about the strength of those fabric curtains used on trailers.(Called Tautliners down here in Australia).I think in out case however,the load is further secured with ratchet straps before the curtain is fastened down .
Sad state of affairs all round.
