European Railroad Discussion > Switzerland: Steam Special out of Romanshorn This Weekend

On Saturday and Sunday, February 23 & 24, 2019, MThB 3, 2-6-2T will power a special train departing on Saturday morning from Romanshorn, Canton of Thurgau, Switzerland.  The complete schedule can be found on a PDF file available via the link below.

On the afternoon of Friday, February 22, 2019, a brief visit was made to the Romanshorn shop area where MThB 3 was already in steam.  Two images are attached.

• Escher-Wyss industrial locomotive [no name, no number], 0-4-0T (Krauss München 8488 / 1906), standard gauge
• SBB 2958 "Elefant," 2-10-0 (SLM Winterthur 2495 / 1915), SBB class C 5/6, standard gauge
