Some Romanian Trams
Author: dwatry

Some semi-random shots of trams from 2 Romanian cities - Oradea and Timisoara, both of which were formerly part of Hungary (pre-1918).   Both systems use mostly former German trams. All shots early May 2019.

First Oradea -
1  Tatra T4, ex Magdeburg, in center of Oradea adjacent to main plaza.  T4s are sligtly narrower than the more-common T3s for systems with tighter clearances.
2)  Tatra KT4D, ex Berlin, also in center.
3)  Tatra T4, at Liceu Emanuel.

4)  Oradea - Tatra T4 at Liceu Emanuel.
5)  Oradea - Siemens ULF at Liceu Emanuel.  These cars are same cars Vienna purchased in 2008 and are in same Vienna paint scheme.
6)  Timisoara - Hansa GT-4 at Catredala Mitropolitana.  This is an ex-Bremen car.
