European Railroad Discussion > Caledonian sleeper formationDate: 01/01/20 08:48 Caledonian sleeper formation Author: phlone Can anyone kindly advise if a lounge car is in the formation of all three Highland branches of this train? I am particualrly interested if one is in the train to and from Fort William.
Thanks in advance, ACF Date: 01/01/20 09:34 Re: Caledonian sleeper formation Author: andersonb109 We had the lounge car on the Fort William train a few years back. Can't speak for the other segments. It was nice to have a place to hang out other than the bedroom as the train didn't arrive until later in the morning. On the lowland sleeper, it's really not needed.
