But perhaps not the location as I didn't see a station sign visible. We arrived at that station having taken the fine overnight train from Kiev for a week in the beautiful Carpathian Mountains two years ago. We also joining a steam photo charter run by a German group doing two days on the Rakhov line. Here's a photo from that event. A taxi for the entire day which we used to chase the train (having of course paid the organizer) cost only $100 for nearly 12 hours and countless kilometers some on back woods dirt roads. Of course had I hired it directly it would have cost far more than that!
