European Railway Station Where Is It No. 2

This one might be a little more difficult. Hint. It's in a country I have been to often.

The sign in photo 1 seems to be in Russian or an eastern European language.

That would be the railway station in Ivano-Frankivsk, Ukraine. The Ukrainian Railways logo is visible above the main entrance.

Correct. I figured someone would know it's Ukrainian. But perhaps not the location as I didn't see a station sign visible. We arrived at that station having taken the fine overnight train from Kiev for a week in the beautiful Carpathian Mountains two years ago. We also joining a steam photo charter run by a German group doing two days on the Rakhov line. Here's a photo from that event.  A taxi for the entire day which we used to chase the train (having of course paid the organizer) cost only $100 for nearly 12 hours and countless kilometers some on back woods dirt roads. Of course had I hired it directly it would have cost far more than that!

Great photo, complete with vintage horse and buggy for atmosphere!

Yes, that second picture was definitely worth the taxi fare!
