Here

Coronavirus: Protection measures to make travel as safe as possible.

You can look up trains for specific days to see if they are running using the SBB timetable on their website.

SBB Timetable

For some reason I cannot get the SBB Train Tracker (equivient) to work.

Yes Swiss trains are running. Cross-border services are not running. Many services have been reduced to hourly, but not all have been so reduced. Where services have been reduced the connections allowing travel between any two points in Switzerland have been maintained.

Davos, St. Moritz, and Tirano are under Rhaetian Bahn auspices, not SBB.
They proably have their oun website.

That's super...

Did you actually try plugging in the city pairs on the SBB site? It works, that is why I posted the link to the timetable query. If you have traveled in Europe or planned trips in Europe, not everything but there is a lot of overlap in what information is available on what website. SBB and the Rhaetian Bahn probably correctly guessed that most people are not going to know that the SBB does not operate part of these.
