European Railway Station Where is it No. 35
Author: andersonb109

I don't have an answer as to why I was in Middlesboro. My only trip to the NYMR I detrained in York and was bused do to engineering works to the railway. Anyway, here's today's entry. There is a shed near that had two serviceable steam locos. But not sure if was their permanent home or just visiting.

First time no one has guessed. It's Falun Sweden.

While I was visiting Borlange and Gagnef, Sweden for work in 2006, my hosts took me to the Museiföreningen Gefle Dala Jernväg (Railway Museum) in Falun, where I saw several steam locomotives, including the interesting 0-8-0 in this photo, SJ #1153.
I found a video titled Great Steam Train Experience in Falun, Sweden on the video site that must not be linked showing this locomotive in operation.  That convinced me that the cylinders are indeed inside the frame.
