There we had a nice lunch near the station and watched trams. Then a long 5 or so hours in a cramped coach train to Belgrade. Zagreb is a beautiful city. But Belgrade has to be one of the most depressing cities I've ever visited. And they were once part of the same country. So not sure what the difference is. From there it was on to Bosnia for real working industrial steam. Return was by car to Zagreb and the same overnight train back to Munich.
