Trams Strasbourg-Kehl, Sarreguemines- now running again

Shut down for weeks due to the coronavirus, trams between Strasbourg (France) and Kehl (Germany) are running again.

Also back in service: the Saarbahn "Tram-Train" between Sarreguemines (France) and Hanweiler (Germany)

However only passengers with a good reason to travel will be allowed across the border.
