European Railroad Discussion > A couple of video clips of 56090 and 094Date: 06/17/21 05:39 A couple of video clips of 56090 and 094 Author: 86235 These were taken on the 2nd and 16th June respectively, climbing Llanvihangel bank. In truth these 10 wagon trains aren't a big challenge for the 56s but it's still a treat to hear the bass rumble of the English Electric derived 16 cylinder Ruston RK3 engine.

Heard from a friend that he saw a BNSF freight in Cajon recently that was approx 15,000 feet long, even though BNSF is not officially a PSR railroad. That's 250 cars in 60-foot equivalents. Personally I'd rather see shorter, faster, more frequent trains.
