So what did I see at east Croydon
Author: WP17

As I was returning home from my London tram adventures the other day, I was able to capture this very short freight movement while standing at the north end of the platform at East Croydon (time about 15:45). I'm hoping one of the many knowledgeable TO members in the local area might be able to explain what it was that I captured. Thanks

It's a Network Rail SITT de-icing set based at Tonbridge, presumably out for a test run. I know it's been chilly at night, but really...

The unmodified Class 73s seem pretty reliable. The ones altered to give equal performance on diesel - not so much ;)
