Maresme line in Spain threatened by coastal erosion

There is a proposal to move the line inland, but that would be extremely expensive and passengers would lose ocean views.

Sounds just like the line on the south coast of England  through Dawlish. The ocean views won out in that instance. And a good job they made of it too.
