Looks like a loose loose coalition of RR workers and hackers in Belarus did some serious damage to Russian invasion plans. 

To screw things up this totally in the US normally requires managers with MBAs.

I read somewhere that the Belarus dictator is offering the death penalty to anyone who was in on this. He's really in with the Russians. I suspect that the Hungarian autocrat is obliged to them too.

Fuel and ammo depots seem to be catching fire, somehow. Food supplies go missing.
