On our way between Brno and Ostrava on our recent Czech Republic trip, 86235 and I took some backroads, and happened upon a trim looking little station in Petrov nad Desnou in the late afternoon.  This station is on an electrified single-track branch to Kouty nad Desnou, close to Sumperk.  A railbus was sitting at the station, and after some quick timetable checking it appeared there would be a southbound train from Kouty coming through, and then the railbus would head up another branch to Sobotin.  So a branch off a branch - with passenger service!    Haven't had that for a very a long time in the US!

3) Beautiful Class 163 on the point as the train enters the station.

4)  Petrov gets busy!
5)  After the mainline train departed, the railbus went up the branch to Sobotin, which is just a few miles away, and is a spa resort town.    The railbus got away from us and so we couldn't get any enroute shots, but chased him down at the Sobotin terminal. 
6)  Modes meet in Sobotin.

The station area at Sobotin looks like it was constructed for a much busier era.

Nice series.  Makes me want to go back to Europe.
