Ukraina Rail CEO apologizes for"only" 90% OTP during Biden visit.

I just watched a CNN interview with the head of Ukrainian State Railways. He apologized for "only" a 90% OTP for his trains during Biden's visit. "We had to delay some trains" he said due to special train operation for Biden. I had also heard that two decoy trains were operated to confuse the Russians who might want a target.

OMG! A 90% OTP would be something to brag about in this country. And we don't even have to worry about Russian missiles raining hellfire on our infrastructure.

I hope all the freight railroad CEOs, VPs of Operations and dispatchers were watching that interview. Oh, 'scuz me. Might be a little bit embarrassing.
