Stationmaster charged in Greece

Apparently, the track where the fatal collision occured had signals out of service and was under control of a stationmaster.  According to AP, the stationmaster admits causing the accident, and he had only been working in the position for a couple of months.  Defense lawyers suggested that another stationmaster was supposed to be there to supervise the new employee, but wasn't there.  Here is a link to the story
