Norwegian Military Extra at Narvik

Saturday, April 29, 2023. A friend told me expect a special train at Narvik..  The advice was well taken and sure enough, a military special was at the station.  The motive power (Taraldsvik Maskin G 1000BB) is unique in that its dual air horns are straight from the US. The owner liked what he heard and managed to purchase two on EBay.

Our Utah Jazz super star Lauri Markkaumen has returned to Norway to fulfill his obligation with the Norwegian Military for the summer.
Maybe he will be involved with this operation.
