We were in Poland at the begining of the month and travelled from Gdansk to Warsaw, [pitures of the railway museum will follow] 

A Polish Alstom built Pendolino ED250 alongside a SU42, built as mainly feight loco's this is one of ten rebuilt with two CAT C18 engines for use in passenger service.

EU07 on a tank train, the mechanics of these locos were based on UK Class 83 electrics and fitted with South African electrics similar as used on their 5E and 6E's. Just short of 700 of these were built [some as permenantly coupled double units]

111ED Polish Pesa built Dual mode electro diesel for HSL Polska on a tank train.

Very neat shots!  Those are some clean and shiny locomotives.

Along with the clean rolling stock all the track bed I seen was clean and litter free.
Gdansk station has had it's refurbishment completed this year.
