             We are experiancing difficulty with long range electrical transmission of the subject matter here. Pressing the forehead onto the screen will not help.

That fellow was very, very lucky. If he were another inch or two toward the rail he wouldn't have walked away holding his camera. Talk about an extremely lucky close call. An object lesson to us all.
