ProRail live cams at Amsterdam station

The Netherlands authority, ProRail, who oversee infrestruct and overall operation of the railways in that country are in the middle of a major upgrade to Amsterdam Certraal station. I have noticed that they are running a one hour delay on the cams. I live in the eastern US and its a 6 hour time difference from here to there, yet the cams are only 5 hours different. Find it interesting for this delay.
