1. VR Train #P809 to Tampere was at the Turku Harbor Station led by Sr2 #3241. Viking Lines ferry "Amorella" was on the left and Silja Lines ferry "Silja Festaval" was the on right. The competing ferries came from Stockholm overnight. 2. Train #P130 to Helsinki shoved by Sr2 #3237 arrived. 3. Train #P809 passed Turku Castle (Turun Linna). 4. Train #S123 of a Class Sm3 Pendolino arrived from Helsinki on Track #5. 5. Train #S132 of the same Sm3 Pendolino to Helsinki was about to depart on Track #5. Train #P811 to Tampere led by Sr2 #3216 on Track #6 departed after #S123. 6. Dv12 #2718 was tied down. A total of 192 of these diesel hydraulic road switchers were built in Finland between 1963 and 1984. Many are still in use in 2025. 10. A total of 43 Tr1s were built between 1913 and 1927. The last ones were retired in 1974. Sixteen Tr1s still exist: eleven in Finland, four in Britain and one in Germany, where some were built. 11 & 12. The turntable is at the roundhouse, now the Salo Art Museum, east of the station.
