Today I attended the Parnich Lokomotiv Festival (Steam Locomotive Festival) in Benesov u Prahy in the Czech Repubic. Thay ran dozens of trains, some powered by steam, some diesel, some electic and some very interesting doodlebugs! They covered interesting mainline and branch line trackage, always dodging the regular passenger trains on the various lines. It was a great day with a huge turnout! What fun! One more day to go, this festival is great and I highly recommend it!
