Author: RailRyder Today IGE Erlebnisreisen operated double headed German Class 01's on the mainline from Cologne Hbf to Darmstadt Hbf with a huge train including a diner and a lounge car. Sustaned speeds were 65 mph on the mainlines. It was a fantastic day!
