European Railroad Discussion > Easter SunshineDate: 04/05/26 14:55 Easter Sunshine Author: exhaustED Happy Easter from the UK!
A welcome bit of sunshine was accompanied by an empty aggregate train heading west through Cheshire this afternoon, its destination being the granite quarry at Penmaenmawr (try saying that after a couple of drinks!) in North Wales. Power was provided by one of Cappagh's class 60s, no. 60046, named 'William Wilberforce', seen here roughly midway between Crewe and Chester. Edited 2 time(s).
