The Italians in Venice seemed to have learned track maintenance fron the USA.  Coming into Venezia Mestro was hasd jiust as much side-to-side movement as the worst between NYP and DLD.  At least car numbers were visble and seats aree iin first car ahead of rear engine.

If anyone thinks Europe is high speed rail, I have not seen much of it this trip,  RJ 84 left Venice at 1135 and is not due in Munchen until 1838.  We are getting off at Innsbruck at 1632.

First class seats are better than Italo,  Train crew is DB.

Now on OBB RJX 190961 headed to Vienna.  Harrowing connection as no train board until far inside the  terminal.  Had to go back almost as far away as we had been to get Vienna train.  Then first class car was at the far end of the train.  Conducotr helped us get our luggage on board,do he could get train moving,  Not a fast train.  Almost 5 hours to go from Innsbruck to Vienna. Also, looks like the Austrians are having problems with the car wash.

Part of your journey will be through Germany.  The train will cross into Germany soon after Kufstein (not a stop) and re-enter Austria shortly before Salzburg. No stops in Germany.
