Where is this depot?

The picture I scanned has noting on it telling me where it was. Can't read the sign very well on the photo. So people, where the heck is this?

Must be somewhere in the S as store is a Piggly Wiggly. Cars look to be 40's.

Also there is a palm tree in front of the store.

Those stores used to be in the PNW also. For example Auburn, WA . But we never had palms like that one.

I was going to say California never had Piggly Wigglies, but I just discovered they did long ago.

Looks like the town name ends in LLA or LLE if that helps at all. Maybe also begins with a C?

How about the depot/switch stand/train order style? Any clues there? Looks vaguely Santa Fe like to my relatively uneducated eye.

Also appears to be an open shed just beyond the depot.
