Great article !  I'm glad someone is getting this living history recorded. These stories are priceless and unfortunately time marches on and we lose more and more veteran railroaders. Once they're gone, they're gone! Appreciate the work of getting the stories, and of the railroaders willing to take the time to share their stories.

Absolutely outstanding.  I have begun my autobiography, which I have titled "My Third Shot went in the Trap" because it includes my golfing experience; I play golf, I am not a golfer, per se.  Your writing is far superior to mine.
