Fallen flag bill boxes, Tower 19 Dallas TX.

Taken under tower 19 in Dallas, Texas on September 19,1985, these bill boxes were for the roads that ran then,  but are no more.

Smart move taking this photo, I was there in '73, and didnt' bother. They looked alot better then.

I worked Tower 19 a few times in 1977.  I would guess  5 or 6 times.  It's a  memory that stays with me though as I have so many stories to tell about such a few hours within the Tower,  I Thank God for the Museum of the American Railroad and their preservation of the Tower.  Working there was a very special time for me.
