We received this in the early 2000s from our friends in Omaha.

The only thing learned from my six years in Nebraska was that any place where you needed a humidifier in the winter and a dehumidifier in the summer was probably not meant for human habitation!

Had to visit Omaha-ha-ha a few times on union business in both winter and summer.  It was stricken forthwith from our places to retire to.

I guess same reason UP stays there.   Lots of RR $$ goes to Omaha - maybe more than any other location in the country.  rww
