Hello from sweden!
I am new here and I thought that you guys here know something about this penn central N5B cabin car/caboose,its road number was 22838 and it was penn central green....now comes my questions regarding this 22838....when was it repainted like this in PC green?....I have this cabin car/caboose as a model from lionel in 1:48 scale and I want stuff to be resonably correct(sort of)on my diorama build/thanks for letting me aboard here/stephan höglund/Uppsala/sweden

I don't know the answer, but you might also post this question on the Eastern Railroads Discussion Board.  There is a lot of Penn Central guys over there.  Good luck!
