About 15 minutes into the program, there is a piece about the restored tower complex

in Terre Haute, IN which includes a viewing platform.


"Heartland Highways" is on RFD-TV DirecTv 379.

That would be the Wabash Valley Railroaders Museum, operated by the Haley Tower Historical & Technical Society, home of Haley and Spring Hill Towers.

Anyone know what the telegraph call letters were for the towers (more accurately train order offices) I think there were 9 when I was in school. NYC had Duane and the Depot, CEI had Haley and Wabash Avenue (which disappeared in the late 50's), PRR had Union, Vigo and Preston, Milwaukee had Dewey and Spring Hill.
