% of locomotives bad order on NS & CSX in July

Wondering, cause I see a lot of trains held for power here in the great lakes area. Just wondering where all the power is?

I believe both CSX and NS are power short period...not necessarily because of bad order, but because of increased traffic.

CSX still has power stored in Huntington
