Snow update: West Slope
Author: ddavies

While most of the East, at least all the way back to VA, had cloudless skies, Cassandra and Cresson still had snow flurries and broken low clouds. There was about 6-8 inches of new powder, which the Pennsylvanian is scattering. I think there are about 20+ cars back there ... trust me ... :-)

You up here again!... Did you hear about the derailment the local had at 5313?.....Six cars on the ground, one on its side....5313 is a siding about one mile west of the Robindale detectoron track three.....heading toward the Huff Power Plant....Roadrat

These are beautiful! Looks like a trip to the Station Inn is definitely on the "to do" list.

Maybe west of Covington on the C&O. The altitude at the Eastern Continental Divide is only 2000 feet, but there has been some snow at Snowshoe ski resort, which is above Cass WV.
