My guess the caboose is Bellefonte Central.

Well a couple of weeks ago I rode the Nittany & Bald Eagle excursion train to Tyrone,PA. and I just happen to ask one of the crew members about the wedge plow and they did say that it last worked for the Bellefonte Central RR. and they didn't really know the history beyond that. They also told me that the plow itself was originally made from curved wood. My best educated guess is that it came out of new england somewhere.
Maybe someone else can shed more light on these two antiques.

Take a look at the B&O Railroad museum in Baltimore web site. They have a C-2222 caboose with attached description.
