With darkness consuming most of every day, the heritage units are harder and harder to photograph as winter arrives.

The CNJ unit was passing through SW Ohio back in October in daylight and stopped in West Chester for about an hour awaiting to get into Sharon Yard in Cincinnati. My wife spotted it although I was driving around town finishing my work day so I did not see it until it started moving again (story posted previously). She sent me a couple of poor quality cell phone pics but only tonight did I realize that she also snapped this picture with a Canon Poweshot camera in very poor light. I thought it was presentable enough to share here since I was urged to post the other pictures.

Besides, I thought it would be nice to see a picture since so few have been showing up here. Here it is passing over a concrete bridge that just celebrated its 100 year birthday in 2011.
