Despite headwinds of - Hurricane Sandy, a port strike out west, the fiscal cliff uncertainty, railroads are slogging it out in a muddle through 4th quarter so far, the next few weeks may make or break it..

That's a big drop for everyone. Lots of money invested in that Powder River Basin line.

Wonder if the RR's will go after old business they don't prefer anymore...?
