More shanty-bull+!%#??

Anyone hear anything about the U.P. dumping some tri-levels on the E.St.Louis side of the MacArthur Bridge? Supposedly happened about 1700 Wednesday just west of Q-Tower. On-site "experts" claim excessive dynamic-braking as the cause.

There was a derailment somewhere in that area as traffic out the the old B&O Cone Yard was disrupted.
